Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Go Melbourne Travel & Tours.

1. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email or SMS is received. Free cancellation is offered up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the quoted fare.

2. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are fixed based on the itinerary supplied at the time of quotation. Any changes to the itinerary, additional stops, or significant delays caused by the passenger may result in additional charges. Tolls and standard airport parking fees are included unless stated otherwise.

3. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, flight arrival times are monitored. A complimentary waiting period is provided (typically 60 minutes for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic). For non-airport pickups, a complimentary 15-minute waiting period applies. Excessive waiting time may be charged at an hourly rate.

4. Passenger Conduct & Luggage

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times as per Australian law. Service may be refused to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to the driver or vehicle safely. Excessive or oversize luggage must be declared at the time of booking so an appropriate vehicle can be allocated.
